At Found by Maja, we take pride in our curated collection of home goods and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging and materials to ensure they remain protected during transit; items must be in unused, original condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our San Francisco studio.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee for fragile or oversized items.
